BCCUK Launches Ngöndro Preliminary Practice Batch II
Welcome BCCUK Launches Ngöndro Preliminary Practice Batch II – Join Weekly Guided Sessions
The Buddhist Community Centre UK (BCCUK) is pleased to announce the launch of Ngöndro Preliminary Practice Batch II, following the positive response and dedicated participation in the first batch.
Ngöndro, meaning “preliminary practices,” is a foundational series of meditative and physical exercises within Tibetan Buddhism. These practices prepare the mind and body for deeper spiritual understanding and realisation. They include prostrations, mantra recitation, mandala offerings, and guru yoga – all aimed at purifying negative karma, accumulating merit, and deepening one’s connection to the Dharma.
Weekly Practice Sessions for Continued Growth
To support participants on this sacred journey, BCCUK is hosting weekly guided Ngöndro practice sessions. These sessions are designed to provide structure, consistency, and spiritual support to both new and returning practitioners. Whether you’re just beginning or continuing from Batch I, these sessions offer a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding and maintain momentum in your practice.
All Are Welcome
You don’t need to have completed the first batch to join Batch II. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, these sessions are accessible and open to all who have a sincere interest in deepening their practice.
