In BCCUK, Aldershot
Founded in 2007, BCCUK was envisioned to serve the expanding Buddhist community in Southeast UK. In 2014, the monastery was consecrated by His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche as Tashi Dongak Choeling, and officially inaugurated by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on 29 June 2015.
Run by dedicated volunteers, we are a registered charity offering a peaceful setting for meditation, community rituals (weddings, naming ceremonies, funerals), public teachings, and cultural learning.

In BCCUK LB, Uxbridge
Founded in 2015, the BCCUK London Branch officially began operations in July 2025 to support the growing Buddhist community in the UK. Run entirely by dedicated volunteers, it reflects our commitment to compassion, mindfulness, and community service.
As a registered charity, we offer a peaceful space for meditation, public teachings, cultural education, and important community rituals such as weddings, naming ceremonies, and funerals. All are welcome to join and take part in our spiritual and cultural programs.
