BCCUK is seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Manager to support the effective management and day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

•   Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of organisational activities
•   Support the Manager in administrative and operational tasks
•   Help oversee projects, staff, and volunteers as required
•   Contribute to the smooth running and growth of BCCUK

Person Specification:

•   Strong organisational and communication skills
•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•   Relevant experience in administration, management, or a related role is desirable

• Commitment to the values and objectives of BCCUK (Buddhist faith is desirable). IT skill (Word and Excel spread sheets) is key to the daily operation of the task.
